30th Birthday Penn State Cake

This Penn State themed cake was created for a die hard Penn State fan!  The bottom tier is decorated with the Penn State logo and the famous chant - WE ARE...PENN STATE! The top tier is navy blue with the Nittany lion paw print. Navy, white, and silver glitter stars shoot out from the top of the cake.
