Frozen Buttercream Birthday Cake

This pretty ombre ruffle cake was created for a Frozen themed birthday. The bottom tier features blue buttercream ombre ruffles and the top tier features a bubble pattern with white fondant snowflakes.  As pictured this cake serves 35, available in many other sizes and colors.
